Welcome! I’m delighted to have you here. My name is Kyle Taylor, and I am the chef and owner of North Shore Private Dining.

Based in Northeastern Minnesota along the North Shore of Lake Superior, I’ve spent about 20 years working in some of the top-rated restaurants in the area. I am also ServSafe certified.

North Shore Private Dining features recipes which are centered around Mediterranean fare - this includes French, Spanish, Italian, and Greek cuisine.

I love the combination of passion, technicality, simplicity, and freshness found within these styles of cooking; and I’m here to share that with the North Shore as your personal chef!
